Exam operations & technical support

Your assessment platform.
Our first-line support.

Give exam teams a clear route to help, even when your working day is over.

A practical extension of your team

Keep the handover.
Lose the support gap.

For assessment providers managing scheduled sittings across regions, centres and working hours. We scope the operation with you, rather than promise a generic round-the-clock helpdesk.

Coverage around your exam calendar

Agree the dates, time zones and support windows in advance, including coverage outside your team's usual working day.

English-language first-line support

An agreed point of contact for authorised exam coordinators, administrators and invigilators, through your email and ticketing workflow.

Triage that helps your technical team

Troubleshoot common issues using an approved runbook. Capture the context, document the incident and escalate with the information your team needs.

Clear handovers and follow-through

Keep the exam team informed, maintain incident records and hand over open issues without losing context between teams.

From scoping to service

Ready before the first ticket.

Staffing, access and a tested escalation path come before launch. That is how a support arrangement becomes a dependable operation.

01

Define the service

Map your exam calendar, users, channels, expected demand and simultaneous sittings. Agree what first line can resolve and what must escalate.

02

Train and rehearse

Validate the English-speaking roster and back-up arrangements. Set up authorised access, train on your platform and run a joint readiness check.

03

Operate and improve

Cover the agreed windows, document incidents and review the service together. Adjust staffing and scope as real demand becomes clear.

Two ways to shape coverage

The support window that fits.

Coverage is scoped around your calendar and incident demand. Concurrent sittings may need more than one operator, even when their hours overlap.

A

Outside your working hours

Your team covers its normal day. Learnbase provides first-line support during the remaining agreed examination hours, with clear handovers between teams.

Extend coverage without extending your team's day.
B

The full examination window

Learnbase is the first-line contact throughout the agreed sitting. Your technical team receives the escalations that need product expertise.

A consistent route to help across the whole sitting.

First-line support, not ownership of your platform.

We work within an approved runbook and access model. Platform fixes, direct candidate support, proctoring and additional languages are not included unless separately assessed and agreed.

Clear from the start

Good support starts
with clear boundaries.

A few of the questions we settle together before confirming an operation.

Is this a proctoring or candidate helpdesk service?

This offer focuses on technical first-line support for authorised exam teams. Direct candidate support, invigilation, identity checks and post-exam footage review are not part of the standard scope. Any additional service must be assessed and agreed separately.

Can you cover hours outside our European working day?

That is one of the use cases we can scope with you. Coverage depends on the final calendar, time zones, language, staffing and demand. There is no automatic 24/7, weekend or public-holiday commitment.

Who handles a platform outage or a critical exam incident?

Learnbase performs first-line triage and agreed troubleshooting. Your technical team remains responsible for platform-level investigation and fixes. A live emergency escalation route and response targets must be agreed before service starts.

How are access and candidate data handled?

Before go-live, we agree the access permissions, incident-recording workflow and applicable data-processing arrangements with you. Cross-border access and any customer security requirements must be approved. Please do not send candidate data or exam content in an initial enquiry.

No candidate data or exam content needed.
